Hi
I've taken out a contract on an iPad 4 and want to have use of the o2 Priority app.
But when I enter the phone number supplied by o2, no message comes through to the iPad
Can anyone help?

Still unresolved, I have contacted online chat twice, but they don't seem to grasp the fact that I am unable to recieve the SMS. Do O2 actually read this, or have an email address, getting fed up now

Why can you not just put your sim in any phone to receive the text?

I've only got one phone with Nano Sim, and this is locked to EE

Do you not know anyone else on O2 or with an unlocked phone?
You can use a sim adapter if a different size sim is needed.
