Refurbished iphone 4

Hello,

 

Yesterday I've tried to check if my iphone will work in 4g network and when I put my numer, it's displayed that my phone is iphone 4 refurbished. How is it possible ??? I've taken a contract and pay £36 monthly for 2 years. How they could give me refurbished phone it's a fraud!!!

Pls help me!!

Seriously - if i put my details in it states I have a 16GB iPhone 5S Gold.

 

I have a 64GB Space Grey currently...

Oh no wait - It says I have a Galaxy S3 and it's not 4G compatible and directs me to the O2 shop to buy a 4G enabled device....
Fortunately for me my EE 4G SIM thinks differently wink
