Preparing for dispatch, yippie

Guys, my iPhone 6 Plus 64GB White/Silver is preparing for dispatch, just been on the phone to them and I will be recieving it on Friday.

Yes O2 confirmed I am going to be one of the lucky ones who will have their iphone 6+ sent out on the 19th.

Won't get it until the following week though.

That seems really unlikely that a courier company will arrange to have a shed load of high value items in their depot over the weekend. I would go so far as to say they simply wouldn't allow it.

This is what really annoys me ... some being told sent out on the 19th, some saying will be delivered ON the 19th.

Be consistent, one or the other.

On a chat I had today, the dude said both dispatched by 19th and dispatched on 19th

As far as I remember on every IP launch, they have been delivered on launch day, thats why they have a preorder? Is it not? Otherwise what would be the point. They might as well just wait until its launched.

Maybe thats just me thinking outside the box!

With the iPhone 5s their wasn't a pre order system with Apple (I think)

This IMO should be adopted every time.
