I recently changed to O2 from Virgin, I have received my new phone and sim and provided by PAC number to transfer my existing phone number over to the new sim/phone. I was given a temporary number while the transfer takes place and on my account the date for the transfer keeps changing. On desktop it says the 24.06 and on the app it says the 25.06. It says at the moment that its currently in progress, but just trying to figure out how long it takes for my number to be transferred over.

We're just customers like you but it sounds as if you need someone to access your account which can't be done from the forum.
You need to contact O2.
