Hi, I need some advice/help with parental control setting on an iphone.  I fully get the turning off of the 18+ setting to block ALL in appropriate content.  However, is it possible to allow one particular App only and block the rest or is it an all or nothing situation?  If it is possible to be selective how do I do it?

Also is it possible to limit any expenditure over and above the contract allowance is one easy move?

You can probably tell that I'm a bit inexperienced as far as mobile phone tech is concerned other than the basics so please be patient.

Hi,

Not as far as im aware =  the 18+ restriction on the account does not allow some and allow others.

Its a filter / keyword procedure i believe.

o2 do not offer caps on spending.

You can control what apps go onto the iPhone by you only having the passcode to the Apple i.d used on the phone itself for content buying etc. Although some app downloads do not need the pass code to download them. You can also set up Restrictions which may be of use to you.

Its a matter of self control and watching what your using in your Myo2 App on the phone or online regarding allowance usage etc.

Just dont forget the passcode you set up in Restrictions, or you would have to restore the iphone !
