Hello, yesterday when checking out with apple air pods it said error and i was transferred to „save your basket” page, so i have saved my basket although did not know what happened with my order. O2 took money from my account but i do not have any order history, e-mail and i can not log in on „myo2” app because it says that the account will be ready up to 48 hours. Please help asap!

Unless your order was completed, o2 won't have taken any money. 
It is held in a shadow account pending the transaction and will be returned to you within 4 to 5 days.

Hi, i rang them and i need to wait because the order was not placed, although I am already waiting 5 days and i don’t have my money + my o2 account is still not ready for me to use when i am trying to log in. What should I do?

The time to return money is based on your bank policy.
