O2 wifi device help

Hello,
I use O2 wifi at my gym, I had my iphone 4 and ipad in my devices and used them regualary. I have now got iphone 5 so I logged in and deleted the 4, tried to add the 5, but it won't allow me. Error message says that my name doesn't match record, please log in.....which I have done a thousand times.
Can anyone help n this matter please?
O2 guru sent me the add wifi page which I've read and tried before.

Try forgetting the network in wifi settings and re key.

Remember the logins are case sensitive.

Hi, thanks. Yes tried doing that. O2 wifi is only in use at the gym so now I'm home I've logged into the o2wifi page and can see 'my devices' but I can't add a new one.

Unfortunately I use BT hotspots and not 02 wifi.

Hopefully another member will be along to assist.
