I paid off my device, i pay a tarrif charge of £9.57 as i get o2 open discount, i have now put my sim in a new phone that bought sim free.. will my tarrif charge remain at £9.57? How long for?

It will remain the same on a rolling 30 day contract until you yourself want to change.

The tariff is on the sim so will be the same regardless of the phone you use it in.
It will remain the same forever if you don't ask for any changes.
