Monthly bill (contract)

Anonymous
Not applicable
Hi, I currently have an iPhone 6 5gb on contract paying £55 a month standard. Everyone I speak with says that's crazy. I've also heard you get discount for working with NHS. Can anyone suggest how I get my monthly bill down? I've another 8 months left on this contract

Details of open discount here but as said, too late for you now http://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Other-Products-and-Services/O2-Open-amp-Friends-and-Family-discounts-Ho...

Unfortunately what seems a good deal at the time is always expensive further down the line as networks compete with differing tariffs. I agree it's expensive but you can't downgrade the tariff or pay less.

If you are on a Refresh deal, then perhaps your best option would be to pay off the handset and then you can end the airtime to take out a much better value sim only contract.

Any open code for the NHS needed to be applied within the first month of the contract as far as I'm aware.
