I have just recently upgraded to O2 refresh from a stanadrd contracts on the Iphone 5s & ive been told that cause ive done that i have to become a new customer has anyone else had this trouble with O2? i have been a loyal customer since 2008. how can anyone upgrade wrong i followed all the simple instructions that was was on the website.

Something has gone wrong.

Ring them on 202 tomorrow to sort it out.
They will cancel the new order and complete an upgrade for you.

O2 in store & on the chat, they said i they couldnt see an upgrade & could only see it as a new order, i did a upgrade not a new order.

Follow my previous advice.

Live Chat are non Uk Call-centre staff who are ok for low level general enquiries not connected to accounts and upgrades.

Ohhh ok, but what the people on chat said when i went to my O2 store they phoned the customer services & they said exactly the same thing to me.
