There have been many customers reporting problems with their iPhone XR losing signal several times a day. O2 have now officially admitted that there is an issue since the last iOS update. They are working with Apple to resolve this.

We have seen the many reports on here and on Twitter although O2 have declined to comment on the number of customers affected.

As you say @jonsie  we have numerous threads about this issue.

Pretty poor really that it hasn't been resolved yet!

Thanks for posting.

This is a fairly widely known issue that appeared after the last IOS update. From readng the Apple forums and various Apple articles it seems to be across multiple networks and countries and will no doubt be fixed quite quickly with an upcoming update

I spoke to O2 technical support today and they said that Apple will be releasing a software fix by the end if January - so hopefully only two more weeks of rbis frustrating issue with loss of signal!

Let's hope so. I'm surprised as Apple don't usually take this long when they have known software issues.
