Ordered AirPods on 01/12/24 and just keep getting the same message every day:

 

“O2: Your recent order has taken us a little longer to process, sorry about that. Your order should be with you in the next few days. Our carrier will text you with updates. Thanks.”


App won’t let me log in to discuss with anyone.

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

There was an issue at the warehouse which should now be resolved.
