Not working

Hi guys, can anyone help. I can't ring out on my i12 and have checked there are no service issues in the area. My bill is paid up to date and have turned the phone on and off but to no avail.  

any ideas

Is your SIM active?

If you did an upgrade you can use your old SIM or start a SIM swap from it to activate the new one.

M15 not a sim issue. Have the phone a couple of months now.

Do you have a phone signal?

Normal texts and mobile data working etc?
