No service for 3 hours Hove BN32AB?

Hi,

 

Got absolutely no service! been out in the garden holding the phone in the air and nothing.

 

no problem lets use TUGO, "for security reasons you need to re-login again Smiley Indifferent

Tried all my passwords and not working so request password reminder... "sorry this is not available at this time" oh great!! really know how to stuff up your day!!

Hi.

First check your service status.

http://status.o2.co.uk

If the masts are affected then their is not a lot you can do apart from wait it out.

If they are showing in then remove your sim card and clean it.

Turn back on.

If no joy then try a reset.

Hold the top button and home button together until the apple logo appears and let go.

Or. Settings , general , reset , reset network settings.
