I am in Singapore and get an error message saying that "Could not activate mobile data network you are not subscribed to a mobile data service" I have just come from Dubai where everything was OK. I had a similar problem inFrance 2 weeks ago. I have tried to reset settings - bit that does not work. The phone shows the APN for Mobile data as idata.o2.co.uk - there is a user name and password. Help

Try changing your apn to mobile.o2.co.uk if you are pay monthly or payandgo.o2.co.uk if you are PAYG.

Reboot the phone and then try a manual network search.
