We've had no service for the past 2 days in our area.  We have 3 phone in our house and can't use any due to them all being 02.  😞

If there is no problem showing, call Customer Service and report it. 202 for Pay Monthly. 4445 for Pay & Go.

Hi.

Try a reset of your iPhone by ;

Hold the Top Button and Home Button until the Apple Logo appears, and then let go of both. Your iPhone will reset.

And or ;

Settings , General , Reset , Reset Network Settings.

Because people are trying to help you out of their own time and at there own expense we are not paid by O2 how about thinking about that for a minute

i understand that and im sorry, but so frustrated with o2, the so called expert gurus say take sim out and re insert and switch on and off etc, they also say check coverage checker etc... my point to them is its on my phone my wifes phone and my ipad, they wont listen

I agree! If the network has gone down, sometimes devices need to be rebooted to reconnect. People don't always realise this so people giving such advice can really prove useful!

dont want to reset networksettings etc coz loose any entered wifi codes
