You can check to see if there are network problems here: http://status.o2.co.uk
If there is no problem showing, call Customer Service and report it. 202 for Pay Monthly. 4445 for Pay & Go.

i understand that and im sorry, but so frustrated with o2, the so called expert gurus say take sim out and re insert and switch on and off etc, they also say check coverage checker etc... my point to them is its on my phone my wifes phone and my ipad, they wont listen
