So my SIM that I just disconnected recieves 4G but my new contract SIM doesn't

It defintely is a 4G SIM and contract

You see...my idea of creating a list in date order was good...only now you can do it that way for CS instead of for me... wink

1 hour wait in the telephone queue later.... Finally being connected with my old number again as requested 4 days ago! Yippeeee oh and £5 credit on my bill for the 3 days....

Hurrah!!! Old number is finally back with me. Oh the joy. Also got response from 02 about the termination fee business and they're willing to take it back down for me as a one off wink
