Hi,
I updated to iOS 7.0.5 this morning via wifi, and since doing that, my phone will not connect to the O2 network. It just has "searching" in the top left corner.
I spoke to O2 on the phone for about an hour and tried everything she said and nothing worked. She said I need to go down to a shop as they might be able to help. she did say try to restore it, which i did try and do, but it said to turn off the 'find my phone' thing, but it would not let me do that. came up with a message saying "Cannot turn off find my phone, there was a problem deregistering this iphone with iCloud".
I've tried restoring it in safe mode but that didn't make a difference.
When I go into 'general' settings, and go onto 'about', it says network - Not Available and Carrier - Not Available....
I will go down to the O2 shop tomorrow, but just wondered if anyone had any idea how to sort this out?
Thanks
Kerry

Thanks for that.

Lets hope that may be the issue.
Just keep checking the link and when it shows as resolved then re boot your iphone by turning it off and back on.
