Hello. My phone is not connecting to 4G. There is not a network problem in the area. Does anyone know what could be causing this or how to fix it?

Keep checking in case recent faults aren't showing up yet O2 Service Status
Also check your network settings that you have 4g enabled.
Rebooting your phone sometimes helps but if nothing is helping, call customer service to check your account Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
