I HAVE ASKED FOR A NUC CODE FOR  MY OLD IPHONE X I HAVENT RECIEVED AN EMAIL WITH THE CODE YET HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE ???

iPhones don't get codes.

They are unlocked on the server Guide: Unlocking an O2 phone to use a different SIM card

Try a different sim to see if it has been unlocked yet.

If not then you should get an email when it is.
