My care

Can anyone tell me what my care is? I've been sent an email asking for money but I've never signed up for it and don't know what it is? Is it a scam?

My care is the o2 late payments email.
Recent Web site fails have made me and my care known to each other.

Yeah, thought it was still active as I said, I recently had an unlock code.
Makes sense to be asking for money if it's chasing a bill payment so prob not a scam at all.
Either way, a call to CS will confirm if any money is owed.

Strange that it's an email address that isn't widely known about. Not even, apparently, by O2 staff. Let's hope the OP comes back and lets us know exactly what they received. Until they do, we're only guessing.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

Well that explains that. I would have thought @Anonymous should have known this as he works for O2?

Or is it a recent set up due to failure of the online payment system?

A late bill payment reminder, with screen shots, from mycare, is at least a well educated guess, I'd say.....

Thank you for your advice. I've forwarded to o2 as phishing.

This is part of the email:

Yeah it's genuine - you need to call cs to pay your bill.
