Hi,

 

The Nintendo Switch that I purchased on 20**Personal info** has developed a fault.

 

Please could you let me know how to get a replacement?

 

I have emailed Customer care at O2 but have had no response after 8 days!

If you have had the device less than 30 days and it's faulty you are entitled to a replacement or refund.

More than 30 days then it will be repaired,

Do I send this back to Nintendo or O2? There doesn't seem to be a process on the O2 links for Nintendo devices?

If you check My O2 it should be under My Orders. Also you would have had emails when it was dispatched etc. It goes back to O2 using the info in the link I gave above.

Thanks Ceoriff. Nothing in My Orders but I do have the emails. I am going to send the switch back to Nintendo, hopefully the emails will suffice.
