Are you still having trouble signing in? Maybe you can try here: Get help signing in?

They have a list of things you can do to make the process a bit easier and if you're on your O2 mobile or tablet or mobile broadband, just go to your settings and turn off wifi: Using your data connection will help us find your account automatically!!!

And you can always use your phone number!!!!

If the email is wrong you won't be able to receive the verification link so won't be able to log in.
Customer services will have to correct the email address first.
