Ye that's the big problem after 2 hours and 5 different agents there is no one who appears to be able to do it.

Hi like the other thread said you need someone at O2 who knows what they are doing. Got through to an agent called Vinu within about 15 minutes the problem was sorted. So to the other 3 agents and 2 Gurus I spoke to when you don't know something it would be better to say so instead of just pretending you are trying to help and frustrating the customers
