IOS 8.1.3
Iphone 5 handset (around two and half years old)
Received notification to update carrier settings in early Feb which I did. Suffered sudden long drops in text/phone signal ever since. 3G also occasionally went. Resetting phone brings everything back for hour or so. Have not re-updated carrier settings.
Spoke with o2 who advised this may be because I had cellular set to 4G (wasn't aware this wasn't supported) so reset network settings and changed to 3G. Again signal began to drop.
O2 sent a simswap which I did 24H ago and again both signals (mainly text/call) are still dropping.
Any ideas anyone?
