Hi I have an Iphone XR and the WIFI calling goes on and off constantly.

However in the same house, an Iphone 7 Plus stays connected to WIFI calling 'most' of the time, on the same WIFI network.

Both pay monthly sims.

Any ideas why this happens please? Thanks : )

Just a glitch. It comes and goes depending on WiFi signal strength.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

Hi thanks for the reply but can't be the WIFI as there is an IPhone 7 Plus here too (wifes) that is always connected to o2 WIFI calling.

The phone sits next to the router with full signal - rock solid WIFI.

Both pay monthly o2 sims.

Any ideas why this happens please? Could it be the phone / settings etc.?

Mobile Data is turned off when at home - does this have a bearing?

Can I do anything to keep WIFI calling on all the time...?

Thanks a lot for any advice : )

Is there a power saving option under WiFi?
I know that Android phones sometimes turn WiFi off if they go to sleep...
