Hi All,
I've just come to the end of my Iphone contract and decided to keep my handset for a while. Its a 4S. I agreed with O2 to go on their Simplicity tariff as its quite a good deal. The problem is I've now lost my visual voicemail, I'm guessing the APN settings are now different. Has this happened to anyone else and was there a solution to solve it whilst keeping this tariff.
Thanks in advance!

Hi Damien,
It looks like I only have a standard voicemail now, no visual. Its annoying me because they knew the new tariff was for an Iphone. Why would they think I'd like lose features from my phone?
Time for a stern phone call tomorrow I think.

Hi there no the apns are not different what I suspect has happened is that they have put you on a normal data tariff rather than an iphone one you can check this in my o2

I'll see if I can find it.

Sometimes they do make silly mistakes have you found the bolt on I'm pretty sure that's what's happened they have put you on a standard bolt on rather than a Iphone data one a quick call to 202 will sort it out and you will be off and running again I know its frustrating

I didn't spot a bolt on for anything to do with voicemail or Iphone.
I'm sure I'll get it sorted. I've been with O2 for years now and they have been good. I think the problem is that I did the renewal on the website so it was all computer controlled, priobably no human input.
Thanks for yor time and help!
