Iphone Simplicity Tariff

Hi All,

I've just come to the end of my Iphone contract and decided to keep my handset for a while. Its a 4S. I agreed with O2 to go on their Simplicity tariff as its quite a good deal. The problem is I've now lost my visual voicemail, I'm guessing the APN settings are now different. Has this happened to anyone else and was there a solution to solve it whilst keeping this tariff.

Thanks in advance!

A final thank you for those that offered advice. The problem was indeed a missing iPhone data bolt on. This is now in place and everything is back to normal with no extra charges.
O2 Simplicity Tariff working just fine on the 4S iPhone.

I'm in the same situation (transferred to Simplicity tarriff), except that also appear to have lost my 3G service, and I do have the bolt on for iphone.  Not a happy chappy, and it's too late this evening to ring 202.  I do hope they'll sort it swiftly because I've been really happy with )2 and was planning to start up new accounts and upgrade phones.

You just need to call. cs and they will sort it for you.

If you have the iphone bolt on make sure your APNs are set to idata.o2.co.uk or reset the network settings in the menu.
