I travel regularly and have never experienced this issue. All settings in place and roaming option selected but I still cannot use mobile data 4G. Top of screen tells me Iām on Orange B but often shows an E. Have texted Active 2020 but still not working.
Pls help.
Thanks

There is no 4g roaming available in Belgium unfortunately.
Your Edge connection is due to the network you are connected to so try a manual network selection and choose a different network.
One other thing, if you have changed contracts or tariff or sim card since you last travelled, check if your data apn is "mobile.o2.co.uk" or "iData.o2 co,uk"
