After being an 02 customer for many years I am disappointed with poor customer service. I ordered an iphone 6 on 21/09/14 and a month down the line I have not received anything. I have already spoken to them on 2 occassions and I should have received my handset within 14 days. All I receive is texts and emails saying sorry you have not recieved your handset. Really disappointed

CPW do have them.

So do the Apple Store if not having the refresh tariff is not a deal breaker.

No worries.

Still to repeat they can't offer the Refresh deals that only O2 directly can.

To reserve one at your Apple Store then go to this link adjust after midnight
