Ordered a 5s white 16gb on the 23rd September, was given the standard "up to 6/12 weeks" for delivery, spoke to O2 today, and am taking with a pinch of salt, but this changed on the 4th October to up to 2 week delivery. Not sure if that just for me or general orders.

I ordered my 32GB S in black/grey on 3rd Oct and my order status still says 'in progress' with no indication it's doing any such thing 😞 stopped ringing customer service due to the stock 3-6 week wait trotted out with no apparent idea of how far down a queue I might be and what their predicted vs real deliveries is likely to mean in terms of waiting time. Bit poor from a large company tbh.
Annoyed about my contract too - my 4S contract has expired but I'm still paying £32 a month for 300 mins and 500GB and they won't swap me onto a SIM only tariff or even put me on my new 5S contract with or without the phone payment element kicking in. You'd think they'd be happy to do that, but it seems that's too much 'computer says no'
They were happy enough to take £380 off me 2 weeks ago but given the crummy service I'm looking at other options since my phone choice seems the most readily available across other networks

Taken a while for stock to come through of the gold then. Glad I didn't like the look of the gold and went for space grey which was available at the time I ordered
