Iphone 5 access internet issues - Network timeout

Hi Peeps

My new Iphone 5 arrived yesterday, sometimes internet works sometimes it doesnt! Sometimes its fast sometimes it just twirls the symbol and wont load. Also getting a network error timeout error check internet connection. Mobile data is on as is 3g settings are as per my iphone contract. Aaaaaaarrrgggghhhh

Can one of you clever peeps help me please

First thing try switching the phone off/on

Anything showing on your postcode @ http://status.o2.co.uk/

Try a reset network settings.

Or a hard reset by pressing the hold and home buttons until the Apple logo appears and then release

APN settings should be idata.o2.co.uk for the iphone data bolt on

or

mobile.o2.co.uk for a standard data bolt on.
