Iphone 5 Delays???

Hi. Im new to the o2 community so I apologise if similar messages have already been posted several times: -

I ordered two new Iphone 5's for our company through 'O2 Business' on Monday 17th September (prior to release date) and was told delivery will take 3-5 working days from Iphone 5 release date. It has now been over 5 weeks and I have received nothing. The o2 customer service team have been extremely unhelpful and cant give me any information. Anyone else had this problem or been made to wait this long?

Have you tired walking into an 02 shop.

The high street shops where i reside have them in stock.

I dont think it would be too much hassle to take out the contract in store and cancel your online order.
