Help my daughter just got a iPhone4 she's 11, it automatically updated to this new software now the phone is disabled, how do I restore it back to how it was......

The day is correct but the time is wrong. She could well have done but I wasn't aware that we had set anything up that required a pin?! Give me an accounting system and I can fix it, this stupid phone is making me pull my hair out! Yet my iPad and iPod are both fine.

You could request a puk code here from o2 which is needed if she has blocked the SIM card.

Perhaps you should check with o2 customer services on 202 contract or 4445 payg that her account is set ok.

Then if no joy yes go back to the shop for help.

If you do this within 7 working days they should give you a new iPhone if hers is at fault.
