Incorrect phone for xmas

Ok so need some help, I took out a new phone contract yesterday for my daughter at Xmas. I sent her and the phone to my mums. The store rang today as they have given the wrong phone and aren't letting me change it in the local store near my mums. Short of ruining Xmas or making unwanted journeys - what do I do?

You may have to change it at the store you bought it from

Call your local store and explain.
They may let you exchange it there but if not you need to go back to the store you got it from.

All a bit annoying really as the store made the mistake in the first place by giving out the wrong phone....:smileysad:
