Since moving from Virgin to O2 my incoming calls from my contacts are showing as 'Unknown'.
The sim is still the original from Virgin.
Is there a fix for this problem please???

Great news, @Dbf - thank you for the feedback.
Strange that this reply is "hidden" up in the middle of the thread, though - I would have expected it to be the last one in the thread, based on the posting date - @Martin-O2 or @Breanna?

@pgn sometimes if I reply to a message that's farther up the chain, the response will initially stick right under that one until the page is refreshed. Then it goes to the end of the post. It looks like your response has made it to the back of the line here or am I missing the one you mean?

Am a 02 customer for years and now am without data and incoming calls are unknown, whenever i call customer service they ask me to wait 24 hours until i spoke to a manager who asked me to wait 5 working days but still nothings is a real joke especially when he gave a composition of £8 without soling my problem and even i said i will move with my family to Vodafone but no one cares, honestly this is not 02 i knew for years, very disappointed. 0* from and will never advice friends or family to have 02 because i waited a lot of time and still even i can not work without data (map) and to deduct £8 before solving the problem is not professional at all .

We used to have some very helpful o2 advisors working on the community @Pravin
Unfortunately this is no longer the case:

That means that you have to persist with customer services on the phone or via social media.
Best time to call is just after 8am.
Call them on 202 or 0344 809 0202 if you were pay monthly, or 4445 or 0344 809 222 if PAYG (or use 0800 032 1402 if you have no other line, and you can use Skype for free - Guide: A Guide to Skype ).
Alternatively you can message on social media:
Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram ( https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
Please note, this is not customer services and we cannot access your account. Do not publish personal details (email, phone number, bank account).

I have this problem too, swapped from Virgin to O2 on July 14th, Motorola G62 5G. Only just realised today that I have this issue when my wife called - showed how few phone calls I get (plus lots of mine are from work, who block their number!).
I still have my Virgin SIM. I have disabled 4G calling, but wondered if there was a better fix available, as the 4G calling option is useful. i can live without it, but frustrating to have to disable that to get contacts working!!

I'm having same issues call come from unknown number and date connection goes off randomly (possible due to reception but doesn't reconnect) my temporary fix is resting network connections or putting phone on airplane model and then off again until issue appears again. Problem came about when I upgraded phone and got a new sim card.
