Since moving from Virgin to O2 my incoming calls from my contacts are showing as 'Unknown'.
The sim is still the original from Virgin.
Is there a fix for this problem please???

For my part, I requested new "Proper O2" SIM and this now works fine

If you came from Virgin Mobile into O2, then get an O2 SIM for your phone, and the problem will resolve itself (most seem to, unless you have certain OPPO or Moto phone models) @NS1234 - go to an O2 Shop tomorrow, taking photo ID with you if you can't wait for one to be sent out. Good luck!

I swapped from an o2 4g sim to a 5g o2 sim when my issue occurred. O2 customer services have tired all trouble shooting which has not worked
