Apn's for iphone pay monthly are idata.o2.co.uk

Payg or non iphone tariffs are mobile.co.uk

 

If neither work then o2 need to look at your account and check data is provisioned and that it is the correct type for your tariff etc.

 

If on an iphone pay monthly tariff to reset apn's just use the reset network settings option in settings> general> reset> if that fails again only a call will resolve this

Have just tried that and nothing.. Gave O2 a call and they said they are having difficulties with internet on the ip5 currently..
