I got my phone the other day and can't get on the internet unless on my wii at home.  I've read the posts about reseting the internet settings but it hasn't helped. I've also checked my account and Im on an i phone tarrif and my phone is displaying the right idata.o2.co.uk apn.

Any ideas guys???

Really not impressed with this phone to say the least 😞

The cheek of some folk slight_smile they ask a question, and then chastise because you'd incorrectly read the question.

Think yourself lucky, I've heard of people who pay cash for that kind of treatment. Smiley LOL

It gets a bit wearing after a while, you tell somebody they're barking up the wrong tree and get accused of all sorts. Smiley Indifferent

Right guys, there might be a light at the end of the tunnell , I spoke with o2 customer service yesterday and got told to switch if off and then back on again Smiley Frustrated and to do a network reset on the phone, and guess what,  yep still not working.  So i was told that there must be a provisioning error at their end so to wait 24 hours, i've waited 27 hours and still no 3G, I phoned them again just now to be told to wait another 24 hours and they will raise an internal report on my account to try and find the problem.

So in summary, so near yet so far !!!!!!!
