Depending on which type of phone you have, there are apps that can help you get around the charges for those numbers, particularly the 0800 ones.

I use a couple of apps from the apple App Store.

They give a magic number that allow you to use your inclusive minutes however not all are in its database and sometimes the magic number is not the correct department your wanting !

Just go in to your apple App Store and search 0800

The annoying thing about a lot of the other apps is they only cover one number type
