I bought an iPhone 13 Pro Max

Hi guys, how are you? I would like to ask a question if anyone has had a similar experience.
I made the purchase at dawn last Saturday and the estimated delivery date to the store was until the 15/03. 
I went to the store and was informed that the order had not yet arrived and that an email would arrive for me informing the day of collection, until today nothing has arrived informing the collection, should I be worried?
