GOT MY NEW UPGRADE TODAY AND TOTALLY LOST ON HOW TO TRANSFER MY PHOTOS FROM MY OLD PHONE AND ACTIVE MY PHONE HELP PLEASE

If you are changing from iphone to iphone then simply back your old phone up to itunes and restore new phone from previous backup. Let us know if that is not the case and the model of your previous phone so we can advise further.

Also if you need to do a sim swap, pop into your local O2 store & they will provide you with a new nano sim, ask for a pay monthly blank nano sim, they'll do the sim swap instore for you, it will take up to 24 hours to become fully active but usually happens within a few hours but remember to keep turning your iPhone on & off until you get signal & confirm it's active
