Hi, I’ve swapped from virgin mobile to O2 through the Volt2 package.

I gave the Virgin assistant my PAC code during registration.

my O2 sim has arrived and I’ve put it in my iPhone 12, it’s been in about and hour now but it’s still showing a new number.

how long before it switches to my old number or am I supposed to notify someone the sim is now in the phone ?
