Hi, I have just got an iPad Pro 12.9 2020 on monthly contract and it states I have 100 sms.
I am trying to text o2 for the loyalty family discount and it says not delivered.
How do I set up sms through this iPad and if not then what is the point of having sms texts allowance on my contract???

Thanks.

@vkit30

You can't text from an iPad.

You'll need to put SIM in your phone to text for loyalty discount.

You have to put the sim in a phone to use the texts unless you can get an app for the ipad which allows you to text. Look in the Apple store for text apps @vkit30

Thank you MI5 and jonsie for your replies.
I did wonder if I should put the SIM card in my phone. 😊
