Hide all contacts on groups

Hi can anybody help on my iPhone 4S when I click groups on contacts it shows hide all contacts on all yahoo and all I cloud I kept clicking show all contacts but it keeps coming back with the ticks in both showing hide all contacts

With the 'Hide All Contacts' the ticks should be visible.

With the 'show all contacts'  the ticks should be gone.

If your still having issues then ;

Press the top/sleep wake button and Home button together until the Apple Logo appears , then let go. This will soft reset the phone. Then go back and check.

If no help then go into;

Settings, General, Reset,Reset All Settings.

Then go back and check.

A more drastic remedy is to make a back up through iTunes and or iCloud and then proceed with a restore via iTunes.

Thanks I've tried all that but no joy will reset as last resort
