Not sure if anyone can help but I have a contact group set up for ease of group messaging and emailing. I started the group on my old phone, since getting my new Galaxy Note can't add anyone to the group. I had a Galaxy S7 on Three before swapping over.

Hi @Meady

I have just checked the Samsung forums and there are loads of people having issues with group messaging with the Note.

Samsung advises this

  1. Go to the main screen of your messaging app and tap the menu icon or menu key (on the bottom of the phone); then tap Settings.
  2. If Group Messaging isn't in this first menu it may be in the SMS or MMS menus. In the example below, it's found in the MMS menu.
  3. Under Group Messaging, enable MMS.

If this doesn't help, then you would be better off contacting Samsung support https://www.samsung.com/uk/info/contactus/

Best of luck wink
