Hi put the sim card in and follow the on screen prompts it should set up and activate over your wifi

Thank you for the response. I put sim in connected to wifi and still not transferred mobile number over. Any ideas?

When you say not transferred mobile number do you mean you've got no service if so has the sim been activated did you buy it instore?
