The most bizarre thing has just happened. I sent a text message but the recipient received something completely different than what I sent. On closer inspection, I've realised that the text that she's received is an incoherent mix of the text that I actually sent and a text that I sent to her about two weeks ago.
The first half of the text is part of the text from a couple of weeks ago and the second half is part of the actual text that I've just sent.
Has anyone ever heard of this before and if so, does anyone know a fix for the issue?
Cheers.

Issue seems to be connected to the fact that O2 stores old messages for around 12 months. Occasionally these somehow get mixed in with a new message that has been sent across the network. There was a post sometime back where this had started to increase in occurance with one user who only managed to stop it by getting the SIM replaced.
Maybe it's something you can pass on to the tech support team as it's certainly not a one off....?
