Hello,

 

Please can someone help ?

 

Had pay as you go phone and now have gone over to monthly, how on earth do I get my new phone to have my old number ?

 

Have put in my old sim into new phone but it's still on the payg and not the contract......what am I doing wrong and what do I need to do.

Thank you, I did see that but was unsure of what number to put in.....do I put in the number I want it to still be or the one that is on the sim card that came with the phone.

sorry if it seems I'm a bit thick but tech is not a strong point.
